A planning group consisting of Grace Martin, Jim Mynors, Trish Farnsworth, Dawn Gent, Yvonne Hunt, Rodney Sinclair, Duncan and Karen Williams and Sue Thomas has agreed a framework for this – with the village primarily (but not exclusively) responsible for each item:-
