Membership of the Mothers’ Union means enabling the MU to carry on its work, both nationally and world-wide.
Membership is open to all (both men and women, married or not) who are committed to the MU aims of encouraging and supporting marriage and family life.
St Peter’s Mothers’ Union meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 2.30pm in St Peter’s Church.
The afternoon begins with a short act of worship, followed by a talk. There is a wide range of speakers, each of them dealing with some aspect of Christian living.
We end with the usual cup of tea.
A warm welcome is extended to any who would like to attend including non-members and the members in the deanery where a local branch no longer exits.
